Vintage Barbara Bixby 18K & 925 Sterling Carnelian Turquoise Pearl Heart Pendant

Barbara Bixby sterling silver and 18K yellow gold heart enhancer pendant featuring a rich carnelian heart center framed in ornate sterling silver scrollwork. The front is accented with a turquoise flower, pearl top accent, raised floral and leaf details, and small sparkling diamond accent stones. The piece has Barbara Bixby’s signature dimensional, ornate design with gold accent details.

The back is beautifully detailed with raised floral scrollwork and is hallmarked Bixby © 925 18K Thailand. The pendant weighs approximately 17 grams and measures about 1 5/8” to 1 3/4” tall by about 1” wide. It has a hinged enhancer-style bail, so it can be worn on a chain, cord, pearl strand, or bead necklace. It can also be worn on either side of the heart!
